It depends on whether you have done MBA from a reputed college or not. It also depends on how hard and smart working you are and how suitable your personality is for the job. If you pursue MBA from a decent college then you may grab a position of bank manager or finance officer in any reputed firm.

Australia is a good place and has good universities offering this course. You can check out Deakin University, University of Sydney and Woolongong University among others who offer this course. Kindly, select a 2-year course otherwise you will not be eligible for post study work visa and PR later.

MMS or MBA are synonymous and no college shall offer you this named degree, PGDM is another alternative for this and is equivalent to MMS or MBA degree. Good luck!

The skills required for MBA and MBA finance are different. MBA in systems / IT would be a better option as this would help you to leverage your MCA learning as well. Whereas, MBA (finance) has more to do with accounts.

Mathematics is not as important as an individual subject in finance education. But, in the background it does play an important role for understanding some of the useful concepts in finance management. An inclination towards learning mathematics and some elementary knowledge of mathematics would be sufficient for you.
