A score above 90 percentile with good performance in GD/PI is feasible. There is no particular cut-off as such.

Normally, the specialization in management will be taken based on your graduation and other experience. You can take MBA in finance.
You can also opt for marketing and production and operations management. You can get admission based on your MAT score.

Admission to PGDM is totally based on group discussion and personal interview. Percentile won't make much difference. Prepare for GD & PI and make sure you crack it.

Average package is around Rs 7.5 lakhs per annum. Average in hand is around 75-80% of your CTC (cost to company). The departmental wise average is not calculated but usually marketing tends to have the highest because of the variable component of the salary being included in the salary.
