Hi Mohit,
You can look for PG courses in finance, accounts, and management field on the basis of your interest. Many universities offer finance and accounting programs at par with CPA or CMA. There are some options available on Shiksha's study abroad section, here is the link:

Salary is not dependent on specialization but more on ranking of B-School and past placement record of students of college from which you graduate.

MBA in HR leads to human resource activities in any organisation. MBA in finance leads to finance functions of the organisaiton. If you have done B.Com, it would be better to go for finance if you do not want to opt HR specialisation.
