You may evaluate MBA consulting management from BITS - Pilani WILP, which is delivered by distance learning. You can shift to IT industry as BFSI business analyst after completing degree. It is a well-recognized and a unique degree.

It is good for full time MBA. Average placement package is about Rs 6 lakhs per annum spanning all four specializations of finance, marketing, operations and HR.

If he is in confusion to choose the right field in MBA programme, I would recommend that he should opt for Job experience and get the knowledge of professional life and see how the market work and his caliber will be applicable in which domain.

Full-time MBA won't be possible for a working individual. The alternative is part time MBA where classes run on weekends and the corporate job can be done on weekdays. In case you need the list of part-time MBA colleges, you can revert back.

Yes, you can go for PGDM in Supply Chain management. It is equivalent to MBA, but the degree has more value as compared to Diploma. PGDM is a Diploma course and MBA is a degree course. Both will give you good career options as you have done B.Tech.

While doing job it is difficult to maintain attendance in MBA programme. It is better to go for full time programme with business schools, which will provide you a good platform in future to gain great placements again.

It is not worth doing executive MBA after full time MBA unless you are planning to do EMBA from a Ivory league B-school from USA or UK or France.
