Hello,
Yes, you can get admission in this college, but for that either you have to appear for the UPTU exam or you have to apply through the direct admission. In that, you have to score a good rank to get the CSE branch. Otherwise, you have to apply through management quota to get the CSE branch. Thank you.

Candidates must have passed graduation or an equivalent examination in any discipline from a UGC recognized University with 50% marks in aggregate. Fee: INR 1, 25,000/- PA. Thank you.

Yes, you can change your branch in the first year and in the second year too. After second year, you will not get any chance to change your branch. Good luck.
