An MBA does not qualify one for front-line combat, but these skills in resource management and logistics, along with strategic planning, are necessary in operating the defense system. Graduates can work with government agencies, defense contractors, or even within the armed forces in Defense Project Manager or Logistics Manager positions. You may also find military officer programs that seek advanced degrees such as an MBA for leadership roles.
