As per the new UPPSC Exam Pattern,  there will be a 0.33% negative marking for every incorrect answer. Each paper will be conducted for 2 hours. There shall be a negative marking of 0.33% for every incorrect answer. The candidates must appear in both the papers of the preliminary examination for evaluation. The minimum qualifying marks for the UPPSC exam vary for different categories, with SC/ST candidates required to score 35% in both the Prelims and Mains exams, while other categories must score 40% in both stages.

The Commission will release the IES 2026 admit card for the Mains exam on the official website. The Commission will also announce the UPSC IES 2026 exam schedule on the official website. The Union Public Service Commission will conduct the IES 2026 Mains exam on June 21, 2026.

AFCAT admit card can be downloaded by logging with email ID, password, and captcha code. The admit card is released online only. There is no facility to download the admit card offline. The hall ticket is released one week before the exam.

IBPS PO cut off is released for prelims, mains, and final selection. IBPS PO cut off for the preliminary exam is calculated out of 100 marks. The Mains cut off is determined out of 225. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will not be less than 40 per cent for the general category while 35 per cent for SC / ST/ OBC/ PWBD. The provisional allotment cut off is decided based on the Mains exam and interview.

First Prelims cutoff are released, based on these candidates are selected for Mains exam. Then, Mains cut off released, based on these candidates are selected for interviews and final merit list. The final cut off is decided based on the Mains exam and interview.

Individual scores: The sectional cut-off is the minimum score that candidates need to obtain in the respective sections of the paper.

Total scores: The overall cut off is the minimum aggregate marks that candidates have to score in the exam.
