Candidates can select only one centre for Phase-I and one centre for Phase–II separately and must indicate the choice of centres in the online application. Choice of Centre by candidates for Phase-I and Phase-II Examinations can be different and must be indicated in the online application. The number of centres for Main Examination is taken by NABARD, based on the availability of adequate number of candidates.

NABARD Grade A exam centre details are mentioned in the admit card. Candidates are required to appear for the exam at the exam centres prescribed by the examination authority. The exam centres allotted by the examination authority cannot be changed.

The prelims exam of NABARD Grade A will be conducted at around 160 exam cities while the Mains exam will be conducted at around 21 exam cities.The interview will be conducted at region-wise NABARD offices.

The application fee can be paid online and it is INR 800 for the General category, whereas it is INR 150 for SC/ ST/ PWBD for Grade A RDBS/Rajbhasha. The application fee for Grade A P&SS post is INR 750 for General and INR 100 for others.

NABARD Grade A admit card is released one week before the exam. The admit card is released online separately for prelims exam, Mains exam and interview. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. The hard copy of the admit card is not sent to candidates by post.

The marking scheme of NABARD Grade A is given below:
- There is a penalty for wrong answers. For every wrong answer, 1/4 marks assigned to that question are deducted as a penalty in both prelims and Mains exams
- The final selection is done based on the Mains exam and interview
- Qualifying Sections in prelims exam are Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision Making
