Exam Eligibility

The CCSHAU Eligibility depends on the course.

For UG courses: Students must complete their class 10 and 12 with Science stream subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, or Agriculture. 

For Pg and doctoral courses: Students must have a bachelor's or master's degree. The university sets minimum marks and subject rules to ensure students have the right knowledge before moving to advanced education. This helps maintain quality and readiness for higher learning.

Candidates must note that it is mandatory to fill the PU LLB Entrance Exam Application Form to appear in the exam. Only those candidates who will complete the application process before deadline will be issued the hall ticket without which they will not be allowed to attempt.

Students who fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria and have completed the registration process can appear for the NEST 2026 exam. NEST 2026 eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

• Passed 10+2 from a recognised board in 2024, 2025 or appearing in 2026.
• Have studied Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology in Class 11 & 12.
• Secured a minimum of 60% in aggregate or equivalent grade ( 55% for SC, ST, and Divyangjan categories).

Candidates must have completed graduation from any stream from a recognised university. For General category 45% marks and for SC it is 40% marks is must. There is no age limit to appear in ULET Exam.

AGRICET is conducted for those students who completed their diploma in Agriculture or other related fields. The state must recognise the college. The exam helps Diploma holders move into a degree program. It is prepared to offer a chance to study Agriculture courses in some of the best agriculture universities in India.

Those who are appearing or have passed class 10 with a minimum of 35% marks can fill the Jharkhand PECE application form. To apply for the test students must be permanent residents of Jharkhand.

Yes, applicants who pass the 12th standard exam with compartment will also be eligible to appear in the UPCATET exam. There are no passing percentage marks for the UPCATET exam. Candidates need to just pass the exam. But there are wise criteria which must be abided by. Students should be between 16 and less than 22 years of age on December 31, 2026. Applicants who fulfil both criteria need to fill UPCATET application form and appear in the exam. 

For ILSAT you need to have passed Class 12th. Apart from this you should have scored 50% marks in the English medium. Candidates should be under 21 years old.
