To be eligible for CEED, candidate must meet the following criteria.

The candidates should fulfill, the following eligibility criteria as notified in the WB ANM GNM information bulletin:
Age Criteria - As on 31-Dec-2026, the candidate must have attained the age of 17 years. There is no upper age limit now. The candidates of any age can apply.
Gender Criteria - For ANM Exam, only female candidates can apply.
For GNM, both male and female candidates can apply.
Educational Qualification Required - 10+2 with 40 % marks
Domicile - The candidates must be a permanent resident of West Bengal for last ten years till 31.12.2025

The admissions in BCA course at Baba Farid Group of Institutions is offered on the basis of merit. The college also consider JEE exam rankings in some cases. Baba Farid Group of Institutions also gives admission through management quota. In case of PCTE group of institutions, the admission into BCA course is given on the basis of entrance exam. The college also conducts its own entrance exam.
