The IAS 2023 Prelims exam was held on May 28th, 2023. The exam was moderately to difficult overall, with the General Studies Paper 1 being moderate to difficult and the GS Paper 2 CSAT being very lengthy. The exam also included more questions from the Environment and Geography section, and fewer questions from current affairs and international relations. The exam pattern changed, with altered Assertion and Reason questions, and a new format for multiples.

The cut-off for the exam was expected to be between 82 and 85, compared to 88 in 2022. Only 14,624 students scored above the cut-off and were eligible to proceed to the Mains round.

Some students who took the CSAT paper said it was very difficult, and some even approached the courts against the UPSC. Even some candidates files a petition against the difficulty level of the IAS prelims GS-2 (CSAT) paper.

IBPS Clerk Mains scorecard 2023 will be released on April 1, 2024. The link to download IBPS Clerk Mains scorecard will be made available on the official website. To download IBPS Clerk scorecard, candidates need to enter registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. The hard copy of the scorecard is not send to candidates by post. The marks obtained in the Mains exam are considered for the final merit list. IBPS Clerk Mains exam pattern comprises four sections-General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, and Quantitative Aptitude. IBPS Clerk Mains time duration is 160 minutes with IBPS clerk Mains sectional timing. The test carries a total of 190 questions and total marks are 200. The marks of candidates are calculated after normalising the marks out of 200.

IBPS Clerk 2023 prelims scorecard was released on September 18, 2023 by IBPS. To download the scorecard, candidates need to enter registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. Based on the IBPS Clerk prelims scores, candidates are selected for the Mains exam. The scores of the prelims exam are calculated out of 100 marks. The prelims exam pattern comprises three sections-English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The marks obtained in the prelims exam are qualifying in nature. The performance in the prelims exam is not counted for the final merit list. The test paper of the prelims exam carries a total of 100 questions.
