RBI prescribes RBI Grade B syllabus for Phase 2 exam. The syllabus for Phase 1 is formulated based on the previous years' question papers. Topics from where questions are usually asked in the exam are included in RBI Grade B syllabus. Candidates should be well versed with the syllabus of RBI Grade B exam and prepare accordingly for the exam.

RBI Grade B application form 2025 was released online on Septenber 10 2025. The last date to fill the application form us September 30, 2025. Candidates need to submit separate applications for different posts. The application fee can be paid online only, which is INR 850 for General/OBC and INR 100 for SC/ST/PwBD.

RBI Grade B 2025 notification was released on September 10, 2025 by RBI. The short notification was released on September 8, 2025. The notification was released in PDF form and comprises the important details related to the exam. Candidates must read the notification before applying for the exam.

Candidates need to bring any one of the following photo-identity proofs along with the admit card. Without valid photo-identity proof, candidates are not allowed to appear in the exam:
- Voter ID
- Aadhaar Card
- Pan Card
- Driving License
- Passport

The text for RBI Grade B handwritten declaration is given below:
RBI Grade B handwritten declaration text is given below: “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. By uploading the handwritten declaration, candidates agree to the fact that the information provided in the application form is correct and valid.

The steps to upload RBI Grade B handwritten declaration are given below:
- There will be separate links for uploading handwritten declaration
- Click on the respective link handwritten declaration
- Browse and Select the location where the scanned handwritten declaration file has been saved
- Select the file by clicking on it
- Click the 'Open/Upload' button

Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form. Please note that if the same cannot be generated, online transaction may not have been successful. Candidates are not required to send the hard copy of the application form.

The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed online. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets, UPI. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated.
