It has three stages examinations, shortlisting, and lastly the interview. The exam has two stages online examination and the interview. There are two papers in the online examination for 100 marks each. There is a negative marking for each correct answer for 0.25 marks.

The Commission released the SSC CGL Tier 2 admit card four days before the exam day of the candidate. The Commission release the SSC CGL admit cards through the regional websites. The SSC CGL final result 2022 was released on May 13, 2023. The Commission selected over 1,80,000 for the Document Verification process. The DV will be conducted at the indented departments. After the DV, the eligible candidates will be appointed to the departments.

The SSC CGL application correction was available on May 10 and 11 instead of May 7 and 8. The Commission revised the application correction dates for the candidates from the earlier-mentioned dates. The Commission provides such a facility for one or two days only. The Commission charged the application correction fees from the candidates for changing the details of the SSC CGL application. There is a limit for such corrections. The Commission allowed the candidates to make such corrections two times only. The correction fee for the first such correction was INR 200 and for the second time correction, the fee was INR 500.

Yes, the SSC CGL 2023 will be conducted from July 14 to 27. The Commission released the official exam calendar online on March 29 mentioning the exam dates of all the applications and tentative dates for the exam. The Commission released the SSC CGL application 2023 on April 3. The Staff Selection Commission mentioned that there will be over 7500 vacancies in the SSC CGL 2023 exam. The Commission will release the SSC CGL post and vacancy list before releasing the Tier 1 result. This year also, the Commission will conduct the SSC CGL 2023 exam in two tiers only and Document Verification will be conducted at the indented department.

SSC CGL admit card 2023 was released four days before the exam date. The regional websites of SSC released the SSC CGL admit card for the exam. The candidates downloaded their admit card four days before their exam date. The regional website released the SSC CGL application status on its official website which informed the candidates about the exam date and consequently, the admit card download date of the candidate.

The candidates required the admit card to get entry to the examination centre. SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 exam was conducted from July 14 to 27. The Commission released the SSC CGL Tier 1 result on September 19.
