1. The minimum required height is 157.5 cm.
2. There is a 5 cm relaxation for Gorkha, Garhwal, Northeast, and Kumaon candidates.
3. The chest should be well developed with minimum expansion after full inspiration must be 5 cm.
4. The weight must be proportional to height and age.
5. The candidates must be free from diseases like piles. There are other vision, hearing, teeth, etc. Requirements as stated on the official website of the Indian Army. To avoid problems later on, you can check all the requirements and get medically tested

1. You can apply to NDA irrespective of your 12th-grade stream, whereas for TES you need the PCM stream.
2. Your 12th grade score does not matter in NDA entry, but for TES, you need to have a score of 60% in PCM.
3. To get NDA entry in the Army, you need to clear a written test of 900 marks before SSB, whereas for TES, you can directly appear for SSB.
