I do not know the exact answer about this but as much as I know, you get your SSB roll no after registering into the Indian army portal. From there you will get your SSB call letter or the admit card.

The first point is that your point of interest towards the subject ! UPSC is an Civil Service exam while MBA is two years post graduate programme ! If You are interested in pursuing MBA, then you can also apply for UPSC exam after completing your MBA !
