Government & Defence Entrance Exam

Hello Fathima If you look at the pattern, Science students have majority in clearing UPSC exams. This is mainly because they become habitual of studying with patience and undertaking huge syllabi pressure. However, students taking up humanities (arts) subjects also succeed. Having history, political Science, geography etc. In school, and then doing graduation in any of these subjects helps a lot. The matter of fact is, a civil services Aspirant has to study from base in any case. Therefore doing graduation in a subject which you have thought of taking up in your Mains or in the subject which would help your prelims is recommended. It all comes down to your interest though.
