The basic preparation for any UPSC examination is NCERT books and as far as CAPF exam is concerned, you will have to give extra focus on syllabus related to social studies. For history and geography, NCERT books of class 9-12 would be sufficient and for polity other than NCERT, go for Indian polity Lakshmi Kant. For economics, NCERT books of 11-12 would be good. Read it and make your own notes and keep revising. For English section, follow Hindu newspaper daily for 2 hrs, since it will also boost your current affairs preparation and vocabulary too.
