Both options are better in terms of career prospects but it all depends on which field you want to go either in private sector and public sector, but for preparing government exams, it would be better.

Yes, you are certainly eligible to apply for MPSC exam. Distance education degree is equally valid as a regular course.

The fee structure differs from institute to institute. You will have to check that individually with the institute you wish to enrol with. The fee structure might range from INR 20,000-60,000 depending on the institute.

Hi,
It purely depends upon several factors. First is basic that where your interest suffices and where do you look yourself after 5 years. CLAT, I personally know demands sacrifice and so does any other exam but if you have interest towards law then you should most definitely go for CLAT.
