There are annual recruitment examinations for both of these institutions ISRO and DRDO. So, when the forms are out, apply on that and appear in the examination and subsequent rounds. If you clear that you will have a job there.

Firstly, I can say that no coaching centre is the best. Each and every coaching centre gives a few subjects beyond its best and remaining at its best. Coachings can just show you the path and the journey is to be done by you.
But still, one must always go for the best one.
Considering all the points like faculty, up to date covering of syllabus, environment, etc., I can recommend these centres-

Hello,
NCERT are the best books to begin UPSC civil service exam preparation and for this you should starting reading NCERT books from 6th to 12th standard for all relevant subjects.

Hi Gaurav,
You should follow the below tips and strategies in order to prepare for SSC JE:
1. Go through the complete exam syllabus. Analysis of important chapters and topics and write down those points and topics. When you revise, you can easily understand these main points as these short points are made by you.
2. Get the appropriate study materials before you start your preparation for SSC Junior Engineer exam. You can get books as per the latest syllabus, online study notes and other study materials.
3. Keep clearing all your doubts with your friends or teachers in time. If you are having difficulty in any topic, take expert guidance

It is all up to you how much you are dedicated towards your goals, and how much you are serious towards your preparation and if you have a clear vision and target towards UPSC exams and you are unable to give time to your studies and if your parents are financial strong, then you can quit the job and first focus for Exams to fulfill your dreams. Eligibility for Indian Army:
*The candidates want to apply for Indian Army must have completed 12th (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent exam from a well-recognized board.
*The appearing candidates can also apply. Eligibility for Indian Navy and Air Force:
*Those seeking for Indian Navy and Air Force must have passed their 12th/appearing (10+2 pattern) from a recognized board or University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
