Railway Recruitment Board is all set to conduct the RRB JE 2019 Exam.
The board has recently announced 13487 RRB JE vacancies.
Candidates who are interested to appear in this exam should not down the important dates as given here -
The online registration process has been started on 2nd January 2019 and will end on 31st January 2019.
The exam will be conducted in April/May 2019.

Any degree or graduation/post-graduation in any subject is alright. For higher education, one should always pursue the subject which one finds interesting and is comfortable with. Academic career and interest should not be compromised for an uncertain and highly competitive career in civil service. If you find physics or chemistry really exciting, please go for that. I always feel a good Science student has greater flair and ability to write precise answers in a logical and objective manner. Yes, whatever you want to prepare for, like IAS IPS or IFS, the system of exam is same. You have to appear for the exam called the Civil Services Examination or nowadays it is called CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test). So if you want to appear for IAS IPS or IFS that means you have to appear for CSAT exam. This exam is conducted by a Board or Commission that is UPSC (Union Public Service Commission), So frequently it is called as UPSC exam also. The exam is divided in 3 parts:
1. Civil Services Preliminary Examination
2. Civil Services Main Examination
3. Personal Interview (With Board Members).

Hello dear it is based upon your interest but if you choose maths it helps you in exams. Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any of the recognised universities Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination and are awaiting results or those who are yet to appear for the qualifying examination are also eligible for the Preliminary Examination. Such candidates have to produce proof of passing the said examination along with the application for the Main Examination Candidates with professional and technical qualifications recognised by the Government or its equivalent are also eligible to apply.
