Dear,
If you are planning for civil services, I would suggest don't invest much on Bachelor's degree and start your preparation from 3rd years of graduation from India only. But, you can plan for any professional degree as a plan B for your career, if you are not able to crack the exam then you may consider higher education abroad.

Getting a job directly after B.Pharm is little troublesome, if you're not looking for job in sales and marketing and want a career in research or some other job then you'll have to pursue higher studies.

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has come out with the notification to recruit more than 17000 trained graduate teachers in various schools of the state in various subjects. You need to have at least a graduate degree with minimum of 45 percent marks to be eligible for this. Apart from that, you need B.Ed. Degree from any recognized organization as well. Your selection is based on the written examination only. The written examination consists of two papers Paper I for Hindi Language and General Knowledge and Paper II for the subject you are applying for.

Yes, it is true that there is more value given to All boards as compared to NIOS Board but don't worry if you passed the entrance exam with good marks then it is your plus point in getting jobs.
