Your success in joining NDA depends on clearing your Class 12th boards with at least 60% marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics since these are essential subjects. The NDA exam administered by UPSC conducts tests two times per year in April and September so you must submit an application. You must successfully complete two examination papers known as Mathematics and General Ability Test through the written test which awards 900 total marks. Students who succeed in their written exam will need to participate in the SSB interview that awards a total of 900 marks.

Yes, even you have a caste certificate, you can apply for the NDA exam as a general cetegory candidate. Though you have an option to apply under the general category during the application process than using your caste reservation privilages.

Here are the deatils about the latest syllabus for RRB NTPC:

1) For Mathematics, you should study Number systems, LCM and HCF, Ratio and Proportions, Percentage, Mensuration, Time and Work, Time and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Elementary Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, and Elementary Statistics

The cadets are prepared by several schools in India for the NDA. The Rashtriya Military Schools (RMS) offer disciplined training with a focus on academia and physical fitness towards NDA examination in Chail, Ajmer, Belgaum, Bangalore, and Dholpur.

The Sainik Schools, for example Sainik School Ghorakhal or Sainik School Kapurthala, underwent army-style education and defined NDA qualifications. Yes, your MSc Physics degree via distance education has been recognised and approved by Bharathiar University by the UGC (University Grants Commission), you can also apply for the Kerala PSC. The Kerala PSC recognizes the degree obtained through distance education from UGC recognised universities.

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission conducted the TNPSC Group 2 Civil Service Prelims exam on September 28, 2025. The Commission released the TNPSC Group 2 and 2A answer key(tentative) in October. The TNPSC Group 2 answer key was available on their portal tnpsc.gov.in.
