Hello,
If you are interested in government sector then there are so many options available for you. But, for most of the exams, the eligibility required is graduation.
So, it is better to focus on your B.Tech. firs and then you can apply for Railway JE, SSE Exams, SSC Junior Engineer Exams, etc.

It is not necessary to pursue MBA for government jobs. There are various job opportunities available for graduates and can be applied after graduation also. MBA will help you in future advancements and promotions and if you want government job in particular field like marketing, HR or finance, then you should be an MBA.

To become a Shiksha Adhikari in Uttar Pradesh, you need to opt for the government exam. The minimum qualification to be a BSA is, the candidates applying for a teacher post should be a graduate in the concerned stream and B.Ed/L.T or its equivalent with TET pass certificate.
Age limitation determined for the applicants as on 01 July 2016 is 25 to 45 years.
The candidates will be called for interview after shortlisting, based on merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in high school, intermediate, graduation and B.Ed.

Yes, of-course you can apply for many government job exams.
Because in most of competitive exams the eligibility criteria required is graduation from a well-known college or university.
