You just need to check your passion and get the right training for that field because you can excel only if you are interested. I wold suggest that you go for a B.Tech and choose a specialisation of graphic designing so that you have a whole career in front of you and can work in a wider filed. If a college has to be chosen for education it is good that today the student is quite aware of the need of education and the related schemes and wants to know the academic facilities of obtaining good education.
