Absolutely you can do a BBA in Marketing and also learn skills like digital marketing, graphic design, and AI separately. I think this approach is very much recommended because it combines strong business knowledge at foundation level with practical & technical skill that are in-demand.
It will impact your CV but in a positive way as the recruiters will think you are self driven, adaptable & are willing to keep up with trends of the industry and you will have a edge.

No, entrance test is not required for admission in Graphic Design Certificate course at Arena Animation, Moradabad. Students can get direct admission. The selection criteria for admission is based on academic scores or selection is decided by the management.
