Harsha Institutions do offer scholarships for various courses, including B.Com, but there is no information indicating that they provide a 100% scholarship specifically for the B.Com program. Scholarships are typically merit-based or need-based, and their availability and amount may vary depending on the specific course, the student's academic performance, and other factors.
