Admission is through counselling conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains for the 75% of the total seats. The remaining seats will be filled under management quota on the basis of first come first serve. Hence they do take admission through management quota apart from JEE rank.

No, on the above-mentioned rank, it is difficult to get a government college in Kurukshetra. So, you can go for a private college.
