Hi
Gurgaon and Delhi/NCR have spread across with many MNCs hence Job opportunity is there. So getting job in Haryana is not a problem.
To guide you properly I need to know first your interest because there are N number of courses are available after 10th. I strongly advise you to lets complete your 12th first at the same time.

Firstly depend upon your category because category is more matter in seat allotment. If you belong from general category then you will not get any NITS.
You can apply for top private university like Amity university, Manipal university , PEC chandigarh , Jaypee institute of technology noida.
