Hello Rakesh,
Heritage and Haldia are not very much known for lucrative packages, so if you are considering mechanical branch and looking forward for heritage and Haldia then you might be on wrong path, however if you want to be placed in top notch companies with high packages then look forward for IIT's/NIT's and BITS, Pilani.

Heritage institute of technology if one of the best private Colleges of West Bengal. Placement is very good there but just for CS/IT branch.Other branches has average placement.

Yes, Chandigarh University is a good option to pursue among civil engineering, Chandigarh University or Heritage Institute of Technology. It has a great infrastructure and great faculty members. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, 400 companies visited campus this year.
