You cannot get admission in Heritage, IEM,Haldia but in BC Roy chances are very low for computer science. You have to wait till 3rd round.

Heritage Institute of Technology is much more better than Hoogly Engineering College in terms of infrastructure, placements and faculties, however, you may compare these colleges here:

Hello Gupta,
Well, CUSAT is a government college so it has a bit of edge over Heritage's private ownership, however, if you got the main campus of CUSAT then only its worth taking, otherwise, HIT-Kolkata is a better option.
