As the exam and the college curriculum is totally in English, you should first work on your English and improve it a bit and after then, try to study English notes, it will help a lot in improving your English.

As you did BA from YCMOU surely you can do PG if the specializations are available. There is no restriction as such. It only depends on the availability of languages too with YCMOU. You need to check it with YCMOU office or visit its official website.
