Yes, you can pursue BA English Honors even if you passed class 12th from a Hindi medium school. Colleges generally don't reject applications based on language background. You just need the required class 12th or entrance exam aggregate score.

Yes, you can definitely do the Post graduate Diploma in Translation. I hold M.A B.Ed in Hindi as a working person. Also, your degree of M.A and B.Ed in Hindi makes you completely eligible for the same.

If your academic documents are in Hindi or any other Indian language, you can not apply directly to Canada College.
In this case, the applicant would have to submit official translations of their degree the official languages here, which are -
