CAT exam will be in English medium and for that you have to prepare yourself. You can start taking classes in English from renowned institute. You can check British Council for the same.
All the best.

Prudhvi, let me tell you one thing very clearly, you don't need to know Hindi to pursue PGDM. But yes, you should know English. Today, English is the most important language which is universally accepted, if you know English well, then you can warily communicate with people in English and in most of the B-schools, almost all people communicate in English only because they practice to become professionals. So, don't worry about that, you can easily manage.

You have to give competition exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT and on the basis of scores you get, you will have to select the best colleges available with scores you achieve.

If you have an interest in writing in any language, I would suggest you to take mass communication or media science, where you can write on topics, which includes social topics.
