Yes, you can prepare for CAT. You can take tuitions for CAT. There, you will be taught everything from the basic. Else, for your English, you can take a short-term coaching class before starting your CAT preparations for being more confident.

The paper is offline. You need to fill in the center code while filling the form. The question paper is both in English as well as in Hindi. So, you can request the invigilator to provide you with the Hindi paper during the exam.
