There is no specific Hindi medium coaching for JEE. You will be provided with a blend of Hindi and English. Some of the best coaching institutes in India are Allen, Resonance, Rao IIT Academy, Akash, etc.

Go to the official website of college.
Now click on online at the home page of official website.
Here you get the "apply" link on the left side of the page.
Click on that link and after that a new page is open. Log in and fill the correct details such as personal information, education details, etc.
Upload the scanned documents.
Submit your application.
Take the printout of that application for your future reference.

Yes, they are available in Hindi as well. But English is an important language in law. So, it is advisable to do it in English. Job prospects are high.

I totally understand your problem. But, you will have to study in English medium only. I'd rather advise you to take proper classes to learn English language.Nothing is impossible.
