Hello Kanha. Being a Hindi medium student may pose some problems for you in the verbal (English) section. But this can be overcome by learning English from basics, building concepts, reading English journals, watching English news channels and practising. Yes, you will need to work twice as hard as someone who knows good English, but you can do this with a bit of determination and help in form of coaching or tuitions.

Although being a hindi medium student, you have to work twice as hard as anybody else for the verbal (english) section. Please make very sure that you give a lot of time and effort for preparation.
