Hi Sweat, English is better - as you will get more scopes all over India and abroad. Hindi is restricted to very few cities and mediums. As I am not sure from which state you belong. Colleges of DU / Jamia Milia Islamia in Delhi is very good for Journalism Mass Communication. Mumbai Universisiity is also good. Indian Institute of Mass Communication - best for PG courses. In privates Symbiosis Pune is very good.

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in law school. Hindi medium is not a problem. But, this year's admission have been completed, so you have to give entrance exam next year.

The Cut-off list will be determined on the basis of the given factors such as total number of candidates appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, the highest & the lowest marks secured by the candidates, etc. On the basis of cut-off, candidates will be called for the admission process. JEE Mains paper comes in both Hindi, English languages while registration. You need to select the language as per your choice. I hope this will help you.

Yes, you can get. Please apply through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State website http://cetcell.mahacet.org/ through direct second year engineering (DSE) tab. Complete your registration process and make necessary payment. The admission are based on centralized admission process (CAP) conducted by DTE Maharashtra.
Further, all types of candidates, including minorities, aspiring for admission under any quota, it is mandatory to get registered and get documents verified and confirmed at facilitation center.
