Yes you can very well come next year for taking admission in this college since admission program for this year has been closed. Your mentioned percentile of SSLC is good which will make the admission process easy for you.

AME after B.Tech is a good choice according to me. I am also a B.Tech aerospace engineering passed out student and am very well aware of how difficult it is for our community to get into a core field.
Coming to the institution which offers AME course, I would suggest you go for Hindustan Aviation Academy, Bangalore for this. This institution is running AME course from past 26 years and has a good placement record. It was awarded as the best aviation institute in Bangalore in the year 2016. The level of education is very high, which is backed up by its well-experienced faculty. Most of the lecturers are having Indian airforce background.

Before answering about the placements let me make this clear that Hindustan Aviation Academy has stopped the B.Tech in aerospace course for a while but there is still a course which is one of the prestigious course in the aviation field and that one is Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME). According to surveys, it has been found that AME's are the highest paid engineers in India where the salary package varies form 5L - 25L per annum (varies with the experience). If you have cleared 12th class (PCM) with more than 60% marks then you just have to come to the college along with the relevant admission fee and consult the administrative office.
