Hi Amit,
No, it is not possible to do two-degree courses simultaneously from same university or different universities. You can do one degree and one diploma courses simultaneously from same university or different universities. 1. You can not do multiple education same time.
So decide which one you want to do most - Geography or History.

Dear Jayaprabha, If you had arrears and you have taken effort to clear it off and now don't have backs then surely you can study ME in a new college. If you haven't completed your BE arrears then you can't take Admissions into ME. Arrears from the past if cleared will not affect your Admissions to higher studies.
