Sorry, I could not understand your question. Still, taking it as you want to appear for B.Ed with History Hons. There is no restriction in it. You have all the right to pursue any course, till you meet eligibility requirements until very rare special circumstances occur.

With so much backlog, you will not get admission to file visa. I suggest you do one year Masters in UK. Make sure you clear it with good marks, then apply for a PG Diploma in Canada. Anyway Masters in Canada are two year programme, this is the only way you can get into Canada on study route.
