The exam pattern for Jamia Millia Islamia mass communication entrance exam is such that aspirants need to attempt 200 questions in 3 hours duration. The questions are mostly equally divided in number in each section. I don't think that you can go for a full-time course now, but if you want to do it through distance then you can do it from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). It's one of the best universities for distance learning.
