MAH HM CET 2026 will be conducted in online mode. MAH BHMCT CET will held by Maharashtra CET Cell. The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell will release all the information in the MAH HM CET 2026 official notification. The Maharashtra Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Common Entrance Test (MAH BHMCT CET) is conducted every year for admission in Government Aided Institutes offering HMCT Courses, Un-Aided HMCT Institutes. MAH HM CET Exam Date 2026 has not been announced yet.

The MAHA BHMCT CET syllabus contains English Language, Reasoning (Verbal and Arithmetic), General Knowledge & Awareness including questions on current national, international affairs, culture, trade & commerce, sports, scientific inventions and discoveries, travel/tourism etc.

MAH HM CET 2026 will be held in computer-based test format. It will have MCQ type questions. There will be no negative marking and all questions will be asked in English Language only. BHMCT CET will have 100 questions to be answered in 90 mins. MHMCT CET will have 50 questions to be answered in 60 mins. In BHMCT CET, each question will be of 1 mark. In BHMCT CET, each question will be of 2 marks. The exam pattern for MAH HM CET will be different for BHMCT CET and MHMCT CET in terms of subjects, syllabus and weightage.

For MHMCT CET 2025, candidates must be Indian nationals. They must have passed Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories and PWD). MAH HM CET 2025 will be held for admission in Undergraduate and Postgraduate Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) course. The common entrance test for 4 years UG HMCT course is called BHMCT CET and for 2 years PG HMCT course, it is called MHMCT CET. For the Bachelor level, the admission is granted to the BHMCT course. The CET cell will hold the MAH-B.HMCT CET 2024 for admission to the first year of the four-year full-time graduate degree course in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT), for the academic year 2025-26.
