In a series of conversations I keep on sharing here, got this call from a concerned parent in Maharashtra.
Our family has religious beliefs and are purely vegetarian. My kid wants to be a chef, is there any scope for a person who doesn't want to even cook non vegetarian food?
So, writing for benefit of those with similar concerns:
I agree that maximum hotels offer a range of both vegetarian & non vegetarian dishes as all cuisine have varieties in both. However the best part of this industry is that there are many opportunities that allow you to work as per your comfort zone.
