Yes, you can take up with Hotel Management as a career if you're not comfortable with science. It's a very interesting course and you will really enjoy the same. Here are some details:
1. The Bachelors programme in Hotel Management is a three / four years comprehensive course that has been developed in response to the needs of those seeking managerial employment in the Indian and international hospitality industry.
2. The JEE is an all-India examination where students from all over India compete to gain admission into the IHMs under the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. It needs thorough preparation in Mathematics, Science, Reasoning, English, General Knowledge and Aptitude for Service Sector.
3. For admission in a college under the National Council, the candidate should have passed class 12 in any stream with English as one of the compulsory subjects.
4 Students appearing in 10 plus 2 or equivalent examination can also appear for the Joint Entrance Examination for being considered on a provisional basis.
5 The candidate should not be more than 25 years old as on 1st July of the year of the entrance exam. For SC and ST candidates, the maximum age is relaxed up to 28 years.

The B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration (HHA) is the best option. The B.Sc. HHA course is offered by NCHMCT (An Autonomous Body Under Ministry of Tourism, government. Of India). The course is studied in various IHMs and SIHMs attached to NCHMCT. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. HHA is 10+2 with English. The admission in B.Sc. HHA are done on the basis of ranks obtained in NCHM JEE conducted by NTA. The NCHM JEE application forms will be available in the month of January every year and exam will be conducted in the month of April every year.
