She is eligible only after class 12th. Let her do +2 from any stream of her choice and then she is eligible for the entrance exam.

If you would have written from which stream, you have completed your Under Graduation then it would be easier to answer your question. However, I will try to answer. According to me, doing an MBA programme in hotel management would not be of great choice because the experience is what matters the most in hotels.
