Yes, in India many colleges are available but here you can go for bakery Diploma programme from any IHM which is near to your home, like IHM Kurukshetra, IHM Mumbai, IHM Pusa, IHM Jaipur and more.

I think a score of 130-140 will make your score in top 100. Therefore, anything above 100-120 is best for IHM Pusa or IHM Mumbai. NCHMJEE by Arun Sharma is the best book to be followed.

It is difficult to correctly say the demand of housekeeping only. Though Hospitality on the whole has it's demand. You check university websites and see for specializations offered. Enquire with them for possible career options. You can also also check the Skilled Occupation List and see what all professions are in demand.
