I think it is quite low percentage to get admission there. But, if the seats remain vacant you may get admission there, which is very unlikely though.

The response about Admission process may come from the Aalaska Group or their website can guide about the same. But, I can share my observation about the "Age Limit" and the Age Barrier" you have mentioned. See, the Hotel Industry has two sides that way, one is of the Makers and the other is of Managers (Service).
If you want to be a Chef, you must be doing something even now and formal training will make you good enough to get a good career. If it is about being in the Front Office and F & B, the age of 26 isn't wrong. It is rather ideal to do a course and get into the domain ASAP. Smartness matters more than the age.

Yes, there are dress codes present for NCHMCT JEE. Here are some of the restrictions :Clothes should not have too many pockets. No buttonsNothing metallic like watch, belt. No shoes or boots or high heels. No accessories like jewellery. Full sleeves are also prohibited.

NCHMCT, Noida conducts the NCHM-JEE exam for admission in B.Sc-HHA programs at various IHMs and SIHMs located in India. The eligibility criteria is 12th with English. For this course the last date has gone, so you can apply in next year. The another one is IIHM. IIHM offers the following courses as under.
1. Advanced programme in International Hospitality Administration (3 years full time course)
2. Bachelors in Tourism Studies from IGNOU
3. B.Sc. In Hospitality and Tourism Studies from YCMOU (Pune Campus Only)
4. B.A. In Hospitality Management from UWL (UK) London Campus
The eligibility criteria of above courses is also 12th with English.
