The IIMs offers the following programs as:-
1. Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Administration (3 years full time course)
2. Advanced Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Administration (3 years full time course)
3. B.Sc. In Hospitality and Tourism Studies from YCMOU (Pune Campus Only)
There is no bar of 12th percentage for admission in Iims. A 12th passed examination or its equivalent with english can appear in E-Chat. E-CHAT followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview of the short listed candidates to be held at all major cities of the country. You can download the application form from the following www.iihm.as.in

Generally, both seem to be same in the sense of name, but the difference is up to which depth subject is studied in B.Sc. Hotel management is introduced and hospitality services are made to learn and in BHM there are various sub stream of this stream eg-manager, chef, a recioptanist etc.
