You can pursue a post-graduate diploma in travel and tourism management, which is of 1 year and includes 3 months of internship. The admissions process would be going on at the moment at the reputed institutions. To get selected for this course, you will have to clear an entrance test which will be then followed by a personal interview. After these stages are cleared out, you will be selected for the course. You can pursue this course in these three towns namely Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. If you really want to go for a hotel management course, then I will suggest you go for IIHM or IHM.
Although, the college you are asking for is also a wonderful college in its own way.

Please check the last year's cutoffs to get a better idea. As per my knowledge with a rank of 8569 it is only possible to get into the colleges if you have OBC/SC/ST quota.

To get admission into MBA one needs to be a graduate. So if he is a graduation with more than 50% marks in graduation then he can appear for CAT and seek admission into MBA. Since CA is a professional course my advice would be to maintain focus and first complete CA and then decide on the further career options. Post qualification as a CA he may also lie to explore technical qualifications like CFA (USA). This will depend a lot on his career objective.
