If you are interested in studying hospitality management in Thailand, you can view all 3 bachelors programmes. You can also read more about the Hospitality Management discipline in general, or about studying in Thailand. Many universities in Thailand offer study programmes taught in English. Before starting a programme, you need to have a basic knowledge of the English language. Assess your level of English by scheduling the TOEFL language test.

The interview would basically cover areas related to bakery and hotel. Some questions if at all asked would be based on your basics in school.
