Yes, percentage matters for SPP colleges, but you may get admission if you have enough IELTS band and 1% is not a big issue. Get a good consultant.

Here's the eligibility for BHM:
Duration:4 years. Citizenship: Indian Nationals. Qualification: Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with at least 45% marks.

OCLD
