You can go for any undergraduate, Diploma, or certification course under Hotel Management specialization after Class 12. Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM), Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT), BSc in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, BA in Hotel Management, BBA in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, BBA in Hotel Management, Diploma in Hotel Management, etc., are some of most popular courses for Hotel Management. 

But you'll still need to fulfill eligibility criteria set by specific institutions.

The Oberoi Group of Hotels Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP) conducts interviews in order to shortlist aspirants for hospitality management programmes offered by it. But questions totally depend on the faculty and it may vary for every person.

Both the industries have its own pros and cons. But I think Tourism industry is very was and have huge scope in future. You can opt for Diploma, certificate, undergraduate or postgraduate programs to be a part of this budding industry. Regards.
