Banaras Hindu University (BHU) provides tourism courses like the Diploma in Tourism Management and the Master of Tourism and Travel Management (MTTM). The Diploma in Tourism Management is a 2-year part-time course with a total cost of INR 30,000. Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration accept several national and institute-level entrance exams to select students. The institute acceptes Manipal Entrance Test (MET) for admission to some of its programmes, such as BPharm, BSc, BTech, MSc, MTech, etc. Further, for some of the other courses, such as MBBS, BArch, BDS, etc., the institute shortlists candidates based on national-level entrance tests.
