IHM-Delhi and IHM-Mumbai are the best institutes for the same.

Hi Vipul,
Yes, you can pursue animation or hotel management. To pursue any of these courses, you need to complete class 12th (irrespective of stream).

Hi,
As you have completed class 12th, I would suggest that you do a 3-year degree in Hotel Management rather than doing a Diploma in Culinary arts. In 3 years degree programme you will learn both cooking and management and later you can decide in which field you want to work.
The various exams you need to take for getting admission in hotel management institutes are:
NCHHCT JEE (IHMs)
OCLD
IIHM
Culinary academy of India, Hyderabad

Yes, a PCM candidate can opt for event management as a career. People do management courses after B.Tech.
It will be helpful as project planning and job assignment will become an easier task.

IHM is part of the government body while IIHM is a private institution.Generally, there are not much difference as it all depends on you and the efforts that you would be willing to put into your education and learning. IIHM being a private institution will get you more coverage.
If you have a low budget then go for IHM. Placements are good in both are good in both the colleges.

You need to apply for NCHM and all other top hotel management entrance exam and university because through that you would have other options if you are not able to clear or get the best college under IHM.
